Having gained nearly thirty pounds since her breakup with Dallas Cowboy Quarterback, Tony Romo, Jessica Simpson is unwell, suffering, as she has, with stomach problems for two weeks.

Doctors have traced the source of her condition back to her having a curry meal at an Indian Restaurant in Los Angeles two weeks ago.

"She is certainly a very sick lady", stated Doctor Lance Hampton, a gastrointestinal specialist. "We can't be sure at this late stage but we're 90% sure in our minds that Jessica is suffering from food poisoning."

Simpson, who had gotten back to performing had looked like a different person according to some of her fans.

"It was the weight gain", stated Sheila Cannes from Indiana. "She looked so different plus you could tell she wasn't the same perky Jessica we saw year before last. I guess that breakup with Romo was pretty hard on her."

"Yeah", stated her friend. "I know what it's like to eat out of frustration. You put on the pounds pretty fast.

In her new reality TV series The Price of Beauty, singer Jessica Simpson hopes to help women of any size love their bodies.

Here, you'll see the price of beauty Jessica Simpson has paid in workout currency (see below). In the future, Tony Romo's ex will "turn the tables on our culture and cultures all over the world to find The Price of Beauty, her new original series on VH1."

The new docu-series is produced by RDF USA (Wife Swap, Secret Millionaire), takes Jessica all over the world to meet every day women. She is set to also discover local pop culture icons on their own quests for beauty and study local fashions, dietary fads and beauty regimes. If Jess is lucky, she'll be able to participate in some of the beauty measures. The show is set to air in 2010.

Jessica Simpson paid a witch to put a curse on her ex-boyfriend. The unlucky-in-love starlet - who was dumped by American football star Tony Romo the night before her 29th birthday last month - has visited a woman she met on the internet to help her put a spell on Tony and ruin his chances of falling in love again.

A source told National Enquirer magazine: "Jessica is normally a really sweet girl, but she still can’t believe Tony callously dumped her.

"She found a woman in California. The two met at the star’s Beverly Hills home where they lit a candle, burned some incense and performed a couple of incantations."

The scorned singer-and-actress hopes the meeting will also taint the sportsman’s career, and is waiting in readiness for his next match on September 13, against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Meanwhile, Jessica has reportedly been cosying up to football star Colt Brennan - a Washington Redskins quarterback and sporting rival of Tony’s. The hunky sportsman has even sent her one of his team’s shirts to wear.

American singer Jessica Simpson’s lawyers are said to have issued legal warning to a U.S. tabloid for publishing untrue stories about her love life.

American magazine The Star recently reported that Simpson was planning a tell-all book about her life, wherein she might reveal intimate details about her previous romances, including her marriage to singer Nick Lachey, reports the Daily Express.

But representatives for Simpson insist that the story was not true, and her lawyers have now issued a warning letter to the publication, urging editors to issue a retraction and an apology. According to documents obtained by GossipCop.com, the star’s legal team called the stories “unseemly and scandalous”, and ordered the magazine to “cease and desist from publishing any further false and misleading allegations concerning Miss Simpson.

Tyra Banks announced her plans this week to reveal her natural hair to kick off the ninth season of “The Tyra Banks Show.”

Guess What! I’m rockin’ my REAL hair on my talk show September 8th. No fake hair at all!” she posted to her Twitter page.

“Will be the hair coming out of my scalp! 4 all 2 C! no ponytails, no ballet bun head. hair will be out and free!”

In an official statement, Tyra said her show is “taking it to the next level and getting more real than ever before by encouraging women everywhere to own and rock what they’ve got and be proud.”

In that vein, she’s declaring Sept. 8 National Real Hair Day. “We welcome everyone to go natural with me,” she said.

It seems Jessica Simpson decided it was time to move on from her recent break-up with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo by trying to get her ex-husband drunk and and in the sack. OK, that last part is merely an assumption, but that is what usually happens when I am invited out for a drink.

Never fret though, there will be no ‘Newlyweds the Reunion Tour’ anytime soon. Apparently Lachey, who split from his longtime girlfriend Vanessa Manillo back in June, doesn’t want to have Romo’s sloppy seconds…or his own firsties. I am so confused. Via Popcrunch:

“After about 15 minutes of pleasantries, Jessica finally got up the nerve to ask if they could get together for a drink,” a tattling tipster reveals.

“He was very to the point,” says the spy, “Jessica wasn’t prepared for it. He said he was sorry about her breakup with Tony, but getting together for a drink, dinner, or anything at all was not in the cards for him —now or ever. It is being reported that John Mayer is currently waiting for Jessica to extend him an invitation so he can turn her down in order to continue his regularly scheduled douchebaggery.

Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson - both single after high-profile breakups - won’t be renewing their romance. That’s according to Nick’s brother, Drew Lachey . “On the record or off the record? “No” on both,” Drew said to US Weekly magazine.

The former couple, who split in 2006, are both single at the mo. Nick and longtime galpal Vanessa Minnillo called it quits earlier this summer, right before Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo and Jessica ended things in July. Although Simpson told Vanity Fair magazine she hadn’t spoken to Nick “in years,” she said their reality show, “Newlyweds,” helped her realize the importance of relationships. “It made me understand what marriage is, what love is, what commitment is,” she said.

The repair comes from Star magazine and they cite a friend that felt a bit chatty and spilled the details to the magazine. They cite the person as saying, "Jessica has been through so much pain and heartbreak with the men in her life and often thought about writing it. Her book will likely cover everything about the men who have crossed her path.”
