Jessica Simpson was spotted in a boutique in southern Wisconsin, but no one seemed to recognize her.  The pop star-turned-country music singer was at Inside Out in Racine last Saturday.  Simpson's boyfriend is Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, who is from Burlington. He was no where to be seen.

Owner Jane Key says Simpson perused the purses from Afghanistan along with two other women and commented that she liked the merchandise. She bought imported earrings for just under $20. Key says she was wearing a baseball cap, sweat shirt, skinny jeans and 4-inch stilettos.  Employee Deborah Kinnard says no one seemed to recognize her.

Most of Racine missed it, but Jessica Simpson was here Saturday afternoon. She popped into a few shops along Main Street. She bought some earrings from Inside Out owned by Jane Key.

“She had on a baseball cap and skinny jeans,” Jane said recounting what her sales clerk told her about the visit. “A sweatshirt and four inch stilettos, it all just fit.”

The lovely blonde superstar perused the purses from Afghanistan along with two other women and commented that she liked the merchandise. She purchased some imported earrings for just under twenty dollars.

At the cash register, she pulled out her titanium American Express card. The extra-thick credit card barely fit in the store’s credit card terminal. Apparently, there are only about five thousand of the weighty cards in use.

Singer Jessica Simpson is reportedly drawing plans to get herself involved in a new reality TV show based on society’s outlook of women’s bodies.

The singer, who has previously featured on reality television Newlyweds with former hubby Nick Lachey, is allegedly working on the reality series entitled The Price of Beauty.

"Jessica is indeed working on a new show, but network details have not been finalized at this time," the New York Daily News quoted her rep as telling Us magazine.

A source added: "She and a friend set off on a road trip around the world in search of what people find beautiful and why.” The 28-year-old will purportedly also attempt some of the "shocking things that women do to make themselves beautiful. Picture Fear Factor.”

Jessica Simpson has joined the chorus of celebrities who have hit back at Eminem for his chronic bashng of celebrities. Eminem who has continued his derision of celebrity-dom on his latest album 'Relapse' has managed to poke fun of. The likes of Elvis Presley, Lindsay Lohan, Sarah Palin, Britney Spears, Amy Winehouse, Ellen Degeneres and others.

'You know, Eminem is no perfect picture and perhaps he should look at himself a little closer' Jessica Simpson is reported as having said. Eminem's celebrity bashing appear popular with fans however,with 'Relapse' going straight to No.1 on the charts in the UK.

Former reality show subject, failed actress, failed singer, and alleged designer, Jessica Simpson, who successfully expanded her figure this year and is hoping to do the same with her list of endorsements, is pictured outside a Dollar General Store at the launch of her new line of short shorts.

Simpson forgot the brand name of the shorts and is shown above asking stunned store employees to help her remember.  Horrified potential customers hurried to cross the street when Ms. Simpson threatened, "You'll look just like me in...in...what are these shorts called again?".

The shorts are called "Jessica Simpson's Daisy Duke Delusions" and will be available exclusively through Dollar General and truck stop gift shops.

Jessica Simpson has a new hairdresser.The 'Come On Over' star has previously always worked with designer crimper Ken Paves - even cancelling photoshoots with magazines who refused to work with him but amazed staff at a recent Vanity Fair shoot by agreeing to use Oribe to style her locks.

Her spokesperson is quoted by the New York Post newspaper as saying: 'The photographer, Mario Testino, insisted on his team, and we agreed. Mario is a genius. The photos are gorgeous and transformative.

'It has been claimed some stylists dislike working with Ken - who also styles Eva Longoria's locks - because he isn't considered 'timely'.Jessica and Ken - who previously worked together on a range of hair extensions  have been close friends for years and are regularly seen enjoying evenings together.Last year, Ken was rushed to hospital after he was hit in the face by a photographer's camera following dinner with Jessica.

Jessica Simpson was privately ravaging her large stack of hotcakes Saturday night in a Calabasas International House of Pancakes when a band of grungy boys thought she was Beth Smith Chapman, a.k.a Dog's Bounty huntin' God fearin' ball and chain!

They screamed and pounded their fists demanding "Dog, Dog, Dog! Jessica choked on her bacon apparently in fear of the black-clad dubious looking crowd. Fearing the worst, a waitress performed the Heimlich on the singer only to have her dribble out syrup and bacon bits.

"It was a really sad sight but also just like gross, Jessica is really fat" claims Mandy Malaney who was working that night. Jessica reportedly was burbling "I'm still the pretty one," and "I have cute farts and eat ribeye."

We should all know by now that Enimem has a no holds barred kind of mouth so when the rapper revealed that he had to change his new video after Jessica Simpson gained weight, he would have no tact. In the clip for his single 'We Made You' they were forced to replace the slim Simpson lookalike orginally cast to appear in the celeb trashing video, but he  told Detroit's Metro Times.

"When I say, 'Jessica Simpson, sing the chorus', we were gonna have a chick who looked like Jessica Simpson come out and sing. "But then Jessica got fat. I mean, not really fat but she certainly got fat for, well, Jessica Simpson got fat for Jessica Simpson!"

Jessica Simpson is teaming up with Dolly Parton in a bid to save her flagging music career, according to a new report. After Jessica’s debut country album flopped, Parton has apparently taken pity on the singer/actress and has offered to bankroll Jess’ second country record on her label, Dolly Records.

“Dolly sees a lot of herself in Jessica. Her personal life has been the focal point of a lot of unwanted attention, and like Jessica, she’s had to battle her own doubts and demons,” an insider told American tabloid the National Enquirer.

Eminem says he struggled with poking fun at Jessica Simpson's weight challenges in the video of his track "We Made You" – not because he was sensitive to the issue, but because he is a fan of her boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys star Tony Romo.

"Tony Romo is one of my favorite quarterbacks," Eminem tells Detroit's Metro Times. "So I felt kinda conflicted doing the Jessica thing." The video ended up featuring a heavy Simpson lookalike eating a hamburger while gyrating in her daisy dukes with a Romo lookalike.

The original plan was to have a slender Simpson lookalike in the video. "When I say, 'Jessica Simpson, sing the chorus,' we were gonna have a chick who looked like Jessica Simpson come out and sing,' he says.
